Do I have to sign an exclusivity agreement?
Yes, and it's worth it. Exclusivity lets the office put its full weight behind your property. The important thing: make sure the agency you choose cooperates with the entire market, with all the other agents. That way you get both full commitment and full exposure, and that's genuinely good for both sides.
How long does it take to sell?
Mostly up to you, and first and foremost the price. When it's right from the start, based on what actually sold in the area, you sell faster.
How much does it cost and when do we pay?
The fee is set by the deal, and agreed with you in advance and in writing, no surprises. You pay only when the deal closes. Nothing upfront.
